Need an app? We'll build it
Samadi provides ready-made applications and takes on custom development from scratch. Timeline and cost follow the complexity of what you need — we scope it together before anything is agreed.

The kind of work we take on
Two ways to get your app
Start from something we have already built, or have it made from scratch. We do both.
Ready-Made Applications
Pick one, we tailor it
Start from an application we have already built and proven, then we adapt it to your brand and the way you work.
- Built on a foundation that already works
- Matched to your name, logo and colours
- Features adjusted to what you actually need
- Faster and lighter on budget than starting over
Custom Development
Built around your workflow
Have something specific in mind? We design and build the application from scratch, shaped around how your business actually runs.
- Designed around your existing process
- Web, Android and iOS — whichever you need
- Timeline and cost follow the complexity
- Can be delivered in stages, by priority
From simple tools to connected systems
If what you have in mind isn't on this list, ask anyway — chances are we've built something close to it.
Web Applications
Anything that runs in a browser, from a single page to a system your whole team depends on.
Mobile Applications
Android and iOS apps, built around the people who will actually use them.
Internal Systems
Dashboards and internal tools — record keeping, monitoring, approvals and reporting.
Company Profiles
Company websites and product pages that introduce your business properly.
System Integration
Connecting your application to the services and systems you already run on.
Taking Over Projects
Continuing or repairing an existing application — you don't have to start over.
Interface Design
Designing the screens and the flow before a single line of code is written.
Maintenance
Support after launch: fixes, updates and continued development.
Clear from the first conversation
Nothing appears on your invoice by surprise. Scope, timeline and cost are all agreed before work starts.
- 01
Consultation
Tell us what you need. We help separate what genuinely has to be built now from what can wait.
- 02
Proposal
You get the scope in writing, with a timeline and a cost. We only start once you've agreed to it.
- 03
Development
The app is built in stages. You can follow the progress and give feedback at every step.
- 04
Handover
You receive the finished app with documentation, plus post-launch support on agreed terms.
Timeline and cost follow complexity
There is no one-size-fits-all package, because no two projects are the same. Here's the rough shape — the real numbers we work out together.
Light
Well-defined work with a clear scope and few special cases.
Typical timeline
Days
Small scope, requirements already clear up front.
Example work
- Company profile or product page
- Simple catalogue
- Forms and basic record keeping
Moderate
Applications with several user roles and workflows that connect to each other.
Typical timeline
Weeks
Needs proper flow design and deeper testing.
Example work
- Internal systems and admin dashboards
- Mobile apps with user accounts
- Integration with third-party services
Complex
Larger systems with many modules, heavy data, or unusual requirements.
Typical timeline
Months
Delivered in stages, with priorities set together.
Example work
- Platforms with several types of users
- Layered modules and permissions
- Systems tying together multiple services
The bands above are a starting point, not a quote. Firm timelines and costs come in a written proposal once we understand what you need — and the first conversation is free.
What clients say
A few words from people whose applications we've built.
“They mapped out what we actually needed before building anything, so nothing was wasted. The estimate was laid out openly from the start.”
“We started with the most basic version and added to it by priority. That way of working suits a small team like ours.”
“Our old app was continued rather than torn down and rebuilt. Communication was easy and we always knew where things stood.”
Common questions
Still not covered? Reach out by email or WhatsApp and we'll answer directly.
How long does it take to build an app?
It depends on complexity. Small, well-defined work can be done in days, while a large system can run for months. We give you a firm estimate once we understand the scope.
How much does it cost?
Cost varies with the scope of work agreed. We don't publish flat pricing because no two projects are alike. After the consultation you'll receive a written proposal before any commitment.
What's the difference between ready-made and custom?
Ready-made starts from an application we've already built and adapts it to your brand and needs — faster and lighter on budget. Custom is built from scratch around your specific workflow, which gives you more freedom but takes longer.
Which platforms do you build for?
Web applications that run in a browser, mobile apps for Android and iOS, or a combination. We help you decide based on who will actually be using it.
I already have an app. Can you continue it?
Yes. Taking over and repairing existing applications is routine work for us. We review the current state first, then tell you honestly what we'd recommend doing.
Is there support after the app is finished?
Yes. Maintenance, fixes and further development can continue on agreed terms. We define what support covers up front so there's no ambiguity later.
Who owns the code and the data?
You do. Once the work is completed and handed over, the code and the data belong entirely to you.
I'm not sure what kind of app I need. Can I still get in touch?
Please do — that's the conversation we'd recommend having. Describe the problem you're facing and we'll help work out whether an app is really the answer, and the simplest version that would solve it.
Tell us about the app you need
Leave a short brief below. We'll reply with follow-up questions and a sense of what it would take.
The first conversation is free. Nothing is charged before an agreement.
